I am currently looking for a P/T doc controller / Administrator / Key staff assistant to help my client deliver their Rail/Civil's construction project
The position is located on Victoria Square in Birmingham up until the end of April next year. There is an opportunity to extend the employment a further 2 years would the candidate be interested in following the project team to Milton Keynes from then.
Job description:
You will be responsible for assisting the project delivery team (Project Manager and Design package managers with daily ongoing administrative tasks such as:
- Carry out document management administrative tasks including document release and publishing, technical query handling, transmittal's, filing, between project team, engineering team in France and client, designers
- Establishment and maintenance of central document registers
- Record and issue staff timesheets on a weekly basis
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and events with other parties as required
- Assist with the production of presentations, reports and other ad-hoc typing as required
