A major infrastructure and construction main contractor are in need of an independent and creative thinking Document Controller to join their team in the Cambridge. As a Document Controller among full responsibilities, you will be responsible for:
Producing project specific Project Information Management Plan using the clients template
Assist in the production and approval of project collaboration protocols documentation
Maintaining project collaboration tool administration
Assist the clients Design Team to ensure accurate distribution of information
Carrying out QA checks on all published information/documentation
Resolving drawing/document issue queries
Scanning and uploading documents where required
Receive/check/distribute documents in accordance with project procedures/distribution matrix
Providing project related help and support to all project users
Produce all reports in accordance with project requirements
Review of all project collaboration tool training requirements
Contribute to the Method Statement process and include in Project Procedures

To be considered for the role of the Document Controller position candidates will ideally be an have a previous experience in document control and have knowledge of BS/PAS1192 and quality management systems.
