Electrical Construction Manager

Location: Reigate nr Redhill & Crawley, Surrey

Lowery Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager to join our growing E&P Power Team.

A strong candidate’s skills, knowledge, behaviours and competencies would be:

• Robust “safety first” approach to the planning & undertaking onsite works
• Pro -active behaviours to collaboratively work within and add significant value to the team
• Customer focused behaviours
• Ability to respectfully challenge and be open to challenge
• Detailed knowledge of Network Rail Traction and Non Traction HV Infrastructure, including planning, resourcing, installation and commissioning of all Assets within the HV infrastructure. Demonstration of knowledge of working in the 3rd Rail environment.
• Undertake take off’s from For construction issued drawings for ordering of materials.
• Review drawings to ensure constructability during the design stage of projects
• PTS
• Emergency First Aid
• SMSTS or CSCS Black Card
• Hold competences in:
o Production of all Safety Paperwork
o Level C/D Ideally Level B working towards Level A certification
o Minimum of 5 year’s experience in Network Rail Substation Renewals or Upgrades as Construction Manager or Site Manager
• Full Drivers Licence
