Electrical Engineer

Location – Twickenham

Rate – Competitive

Duration – 12 months plus contract

My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Twickenham, who is currently looking for an electrical engineer with water industry background.

Responsibilities:

• Investigation, diagnostics and fault finding across a range of liquid waste systems including pump equipment, pipework, drainage systems and plant equipment
• General repair and maintenance
• PPM
• Problem solving
• Communicating clearly and effectively to the customer where necessary
• Answering ‘on call’ requests on a rota basis
• Working collaboratively as a team
• All associated administration
• Ensuring you are working in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must have worked on water projects previously

• Qualified to Level 3 in an Electrical discipline
• Experience working on water sites in confined spaces
• Career driven
• A full driving licence
• Knowledge of mechanical control systems, communication systems, sensors, pumps, motors and gearboxes
• A pro-active, positive attitude to work
• A desire to develop and upskill long term
• Proven your reliability and employability through a solid working history
