Electrician Site Supervisor

Essex Based

Role and Responsibilities:

• The role is a largely hands off role, roughly 70% Office based and 30% site based work.
• Office duties - Work will include quality assurance and compliance administration, staff rostering, materials ordering and coordination of works with other departments to ensure access and resource requirements are met. Provide technical guidance and support to the on-site electrical team.
• Site based duties - Carrying out H&S audits, quality inspections, site surveys for work planning, assisting ongoing works and managing contractors.

Requirements:

• Valid PTS

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Rail / E&P regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Role is paid inside IR35
