Morson Talent are recruiting for a Handyperson to start this Monday, to join a leading Mechanical, Electrical and property maintenance company in London. This is an excellent opportunity, to join a leading building facilities maintenance company, on either a temp to perm or on a long-term contract basis. You will be working at a well-known London landmark, with easy access to all rail links, this role requires someone who has good client facing / customer service skills.

Please note – must be available to start on Monday 27^th Nov.

Handyperson

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive jobs as required
• Fabric- general decorating, fixing repairs, painting & making good/ snagging
• Basic plumbing duties
• Carpentry and joinery (Fire Doors)
• Repairs to UPVC doors and windows
• Moving boxes etc
• Weekly Fire alarm Testing
• Assisting M&E team as and when required.
  • Changing belts and filters on plant machinery as required
  • Checking and repairing basic electrical faults
  • Repairing all fabric building faults (Doors, Walls, Ceilings and floors)

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8am -5pm

Duration – 3 weeks

Rate:

£18.00 - £20.00 per hour - PAYE
