General Description:
We are currently seeking a E&P installation Site Supervisor with specialised skills in rail site supervision. You will be responsible for supervising telecommunication site works delivery which undertaken on nights or daytime shifts.

Responsibilities:

The E&P installation Site Supervisor at ADComms will undertake the following responsibilities to support the ADComms project delivery:

• Supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Assessing and managing safety hazards.
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
• Carrying out regular inspections.
• Helping project managers to plan the work programme.
• Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Attending site management meetings.
• Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
• Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
• Organising and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector.
• Providing emergency first aid if required.

Desired Education Requirements:

• Relevant technical further E&P construction-based education qualifications and Project Management certification is highly desired.
• 3 years plus relevant practical and vocational experience in the execution of civils construction type projects in a field-based role
• Strong command of the English language
