The Opportunity

The Civils & Infrastructure Division of Ford & Stanley are recruiting for multiple commissioning engineers on a full time and permanent basis to carry out integral work on the various lines of the London Underground network, in relation to station upgrades and railway systems improvements. Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidates will be working predominantly night shifts to ensure access is available at all times and passenger services are not disturbed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Production of daily shift reports
• Completion of inspection and test plans
• Marking up 'As built drawings'
• Completing onsite commissioning
• Provide detailed reports on issues identified
• Supporting the site implementation team

The Candidate

Candidates with experience and understanding of installation, commissioning and testing of any of the following systems will be considered for this role

• Security CCTV (Analogue and IP)
• Customer information systems and displays (PIS)
• Public address systems
• Voice alarm and induction loops
• Ticketing systems
• Help points
• Data network systems
