Are you an experienced Copper Engineer looking for long term project work in the Midlands?

My client is a global technology and infrastructure service provider who due to project wins and work pipeline are looking to expand their team or varied experience Copper Testers to work on a major Rail project in the Midlands.

The Role as a Copper Engineer

• Working with various diagnostic devices.
• Conducting copper tests
• Prepping and Terminating copper cables
• Installing sheath gaps.
• Jointing
• Testing copper sections to specifications including conductor resistance, insulation resistance, moisture barrier insulation resistance, high voltage breakdown.

• Compiling test reports.
• Complying with strict safety regulations.

• Hold a current PTS
