Role Summary
The Estimator generates all information required for a bid to be submitted to our customers and ensures the business can support the scope tendered for.

Job Requirements:
1.Analyse the customers' requirements to identify if we are process capable and request support where needed
2.Establish accurate labour costs and share them with relevant stakeholders
3.Obtain raw material and sub-contractors costs either directly from suppliers, through the procurement team or from the ERP system
4.Compile estimates and bids based on all data gathered
5.Maintain consistent and reliable data for all bids
6.Calculate costs associated with changes to design
7.Generate KPIs as required by the organisation
8.Produce risk management and commercial terms for bids
9.Ensure bids are signed and approved and viewed by relevant stakeholders
10.Prioritise outstanding enquiries in a way to promote customer satisfaction
11.Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business

Qualifications:
Engineering Knowledge
Degree Qualified - Engineering / Finance / Mathematics / Business
