Leading project management and engineering consultancy seeks to secure the services of 3 learning and development (L&D) / training professionals to join their people focused business to support the rollout of a revolutionary system for one of their clients.

As Engineering Teaching Associate, you will be responsible for the delivery of training on a virtual and classroom basis to thousands of Engineers across the Midlands taking the company from a paper based organisation into the digital age. If you are passionate about training and development within the engineering world this will be an excellent opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

* Working within the Railway Industry to bring about digital change
* Delivering a teacher led course to frontline and back-office staff across the company
* Ensure understanding of the course materials via a "Follow me" style teaching programme
* Following and championing a safety led culture
* Basic administrative task to track attendance, questions and follow up requirements of attendees
To be considered for this role candidates must have:

• The ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences both virtually and in the classroom.
• You will have experience working in an engineering field, ideally rail but not essential, accompanied with strong stakeholder management skills both technical and non-technical.
• You will experience in developing and delivering teacher led courses, training, coaching and briefing sessions.

In return this leading brand is looking to secure these services on a 10 month fixed term contract initially paying a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 accompanied with the companies benefits package pro-rated. All training and travel expenses will be paid for by the company.
