Job description

We are currently recruiting cable jointers to work on Distribution Networks across the north of England, ideally the candidates should hold current authorizations to work on Distribution Network Operators assets. We are currently managing a number of contracts requiring LV and HV jointing capability, candidates should hold a current clean driving license and be prepared to travel.

Responsibilities

• Cable Jointing at HV and Live LV.
• HV Jointing on overhead lines, and underground cabling.
• Pole terminations.
• Installation of underground plant.
• New Connections work, including small services.
• Maintain site safety at all times and complete daily risk assessments.
• Maintain awareness of SHE policy and issued safety instructions.
