A contract opportunity has arisen for a proven Assistant/Junior Engineer with some experience in rail engineering. This role will provide a competitive rate and an opportunity to be a part shaping London s infrastructure. The successful candidate will need to have some engineering experience but you don t need to be in a specialist area.

As an Assistant Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assisting the project team in discharging delegated duties and responsibilities.
Shadowing the management team and covering a wide range of activities
Reviewing contactor s technical documents
Providing input into engineering solutions/specifications to
Resolving queries and issues
Communicating information to the project team members informing of technical issues and progress.
Assisting with interface arrangements with other disciplines
Monitor contractor compliance with Environmental, Safety and Health requirements
