Due to strong demand for our Overhead Line Electrification design services AECOM are currently looking for OLE Design Engineers at all levels (Assistant to Principal) to join our team in Manchester.

- As an OLE Design Engineer, you will carry out or review conceptual design and detailed design on a wide variety of OLE projects, as well as being tasked with preparation of drawings, calculations and reports for outline and detailed design commissions. You will work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary project team.
- We are looking for OLE designers ideally with previous UK experience and design competence equivalent to approved Network Rail OLE standard.
- You will need experience in all forms of OLE design from pre-feasibility to detail design and construction support. Experience in high speed rail design would be advantageous. For senior positions you will ideally be a Chartered / Incorporated Engineer with either the IMechE or IET.
- You will hold a minimum of an HND Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (minimum) or equivalent with a BEng or BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent preferred.
