Staff position for an experienced OHL Engineer. Work on the maintenance contract for a 25kv ac network.

A Perth client is looking for a Principal OHW Engineer with extensive experience in the technical design checking, testing and commissioning of maintenance and repair projects. This electrified rail network requires someone with extensive knowledge of 25kv ac systems for the Rail industry. This opportunity is available for a qualified Electrical Engineer and will provide you with several major projects to work across the full project lifecycle.

As the Principal Overhead Line Equipment Engineer, you will prepare and review all the technical designs across a suite of large upgrade and greenfields projects. This position will see you being involved in all aspects of the development and delivery of rail-based projects; including full design of layout plan design, bonding layouts, cross-section and switching cross-section design.

Your extensive experience doing the technical design of 25kV a.c. Overhead Line Equipment for the Rail industry is essential and will mean you’re an expert in your field, able to provide innovative solutions whilst maintaining technical integrity. Your strong communication skills will allow you liaise with all aspects of the project. Salary range will dependent on experience but will range from $120K - $150K including super. Relocation and visas are provided.
