Due to the growth of my client they are looking to appoint a Project Co-ordinator to sit within the commercial team. The position will be working on auditing, managing compliance of all sub-contractors and ensure health & Safety standard are meeting regulations.
Key Duties:
Review and administration of the SHEQ Evaluation of Sub Contractors/ Suppliers.
Providing support to the Team / Managers
Assist with SHEQ documentation preparation, helping maintain consistence and compliance with requirements of the corporate identity guide
Assist the administration team on a variety of projects and maintain cover in exceptional circumstances.
Person Specification
Experience of working within a SHEQ team or the utility sector / Construction Sector
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organisational skills
This position is initially a contract role for 1-2 months however there is potential for the position to move into a permanent role. The day rate whilst contracting is up £100 per day or the option of permanent is available for £21k per annum
