The Company

Our client is a World-Famous Rolling Stock OEM who have seen significant growth in the UK market over recent years, winning contract after contract with UK TOCs and need you to give them additional support. They are currently working on an exciting new project and require someone with your expertise to share your knowledge of rolling stock systems. This is your chance to make yourself indispensable to this prestigious organisation and add a high-profile project to your profile.

Your Role

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a range of rolling stock systems including brakes, PIS, interiors, DAS etc where you shall work closely with the internal and external engineering systems to develop, integrate and ensure these systems are up to an excellent standard for the OEM’s client.

You

You will come from a rolling stock background and ideally have worked with an OEM in the sector previously where you will have worked with software such as Solid Works, Auto Cad and Creo where you have been a key member of the team for system engineering development. An advantage will be your knowledge of test & commissioning and rolling stock approvals such as RGS standards, TSI’s etc…
