What can you bring to this role?

• Qualification in Civil Engineering: HNC, HND, BSc, BEng, Degree
• SMSTS, CSCS
• Project background from either highways or rail
• The ability to work autonomously! You’ll be managing a section of works yourself, therefore being able to make decisions and assist the team below you will be key

What will you be doing as Senior Engineer?

A normal day will see you taking ownership of a section of works, which could range from road works, junction upgrades, traffic pinch points and much more. There will be a lot of traffic management due to working in a live project environment. In terms of day to day tasks you will oversea the site engineering activities, managing the civil engineering elements and temporary works. From overseeing Site Engineers and subcontractors, you’ll also work closely with the design teams ensuring the specifications are met and are buildable. Other duties include, quality checks, creating ITPs and mentoring the Junior Engineers.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Engineer, Section Engineer or Sub Agent, to work autonomously with a lot of scope for progression in the future!
