RandstadCPE are looking for a Senior Engineer to work for a Tier 1 rail contractor in the Bristol area.

Activities to be undertaken:

-Setting out of GPS
-Competent with QA, Rams, task briefs, as builts, etc.
-Producing QA reports.
-Review detailed design, critique and communicate with designers
-Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards
-Follow direction as part of a team and attend meetings as required.
-Ensure setting-out information is relevant and available in a format that can be easily communicated
-Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.
-Management of subcontractors/general workforce on site.
-Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure program targets are achieved.
-Liaise with client’s representatives/Design Team members as appropriate.
-Ordering and control of materials on site.

Requirements:

-Civil Engineering Degree
-5+ years’ experience
-Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
-Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Full driving license
