The Project

As a Site Engineer, you will carry out works on a site completing road construction, Utility and infrastructure works on a new Housing develpment in Barking.

Working hours: 7am - 7pm - Paid Hourly

Will require Saturdays: 7am - 4pm paid hourly

Minumum of 4 Weeks

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

• First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Driving Licence
• HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

• Jump form experience
• Experience in concrete structures and rebar
• Experienced on Multi storey RC Frame Buildings
• 278 works, Utilities and Infrastructure experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Duties

• Supervising Works
• To attend Team Briefs
• Facilitate agreement of variations
• Attend in-house progress meetings
• Setting up and maintaining site control
• Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
• Ensuring compliance with works standards
• Organise and supervise temporary works when required
• Setting out of groundworks, earthworks, foundations, etc
• Undertaking Land, Stockpile and Construction Work Surveys
• Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
• Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
