• To provide scaffolding and temporary (platforms, mats, RC /steel frame, formwork and falsework) works design schemes for varied projects

• To ensure all designs adhere to the latest codes of practice, UK regulations and company policy.

• To apply engineering knowledge to analyse the structural integrity of scaffolding and temporary works structures.

• To assess and design-out hazards where possible within the design process and propose effective control measures for the reduction and elimination of risk.

• To conduct site surveys, collect and assess site information, liaise with clients and site teams, as well as represent the Company at design and site meetings.

• To contribute to new business development by providing strong technical support to the tender process by identifying innovative and cost effective strategies and design solutions.

• To be flexible in accordance with business needs if extra time is required to complete work.

• To maintain confidentiality of business-critical information at all times.

• To undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as required by the business.

• To act in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly with reference to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies, procedures and practices.

• To behave in a manner that supports the company’s stated Vision and Values and ensure other team members do like-wise.
