SUPERVISING PAVEMENT ENGINEER - LEICESTERSHIRE - 9 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £64/HR UMBRELLA (INSIDE IR35)

ARM are working with a global engineering business, to help find a Supervising Pavement Engineer to join the team in Leicestershire on an initial 9-month contract, supporting the client and NEC4 Supervisor during the construction phase of various contracts.

About You:

• Previous experience of practical pavement investigation work, with specific experience in assessing defects on concrete pavements.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Technology.
• Professional membership of a recognised body such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT), the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT) or the Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT).
• Adequate knowledge and experience in the technical direction of the site operations for the repair of pavement-quality concrete.
• Valid UK driver's license.
• Preferably have a valid NH Passport/CSCS card as well as a Safety Critical Medical certificate.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the Client and NEC4 Supervisor during construction of various projects.
• You will be present throughout the duration of the construction phase to support the decision-making process for the proposed defect repair and advising on alternative treatments as required.

This is a full-time role, paying up to £64/hr Umbrella (Inside IR35) on an initial 9-month contract, based from the site office in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

For this role, you must already be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
