Our client are looking for a Technical Support Engineer, who will act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers to answer any queries about the products and services. You will need broad engineering knowledge with real life practical experiences so you confidently discuss issues with customers.
You will report into the Technical Support Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to work well within the team and efficiently identify, investigate and resolve any technical issues in a safe and orderly manner in relation to the companies policies.
The successful candidate will be
- Educated to a minimum standard of HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Managerial experience.
- Able to adapts well to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Document control experience.
- Experience in a Rail Technical role.
37 Hours per week.
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
