My client has an opportunity for testing and commissioning engineers and operators as part of the PAVA & CCTV Systems Team. This is for rail infrastructure work packages for a major project based around the London area on a contract basis. These packages of work include the design, supply, installation, integration, supervision of other installers, test & commission, warranty and maintenance.

Your Key responsibilities will be to: -

As the Test & Commissioning Engineers (PAVA & CCTV) you will be responsible for all system testing around Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System/Driver Only Operation (DOO) CCTV. Also, Public Address/Voice Alarm (PA/VA) System. You will report to the Test and Commissioning Manager.

Key Skills and Experience: -

In Commissioning PAVA Systems in Rail Environment (Preferable ASL Experience

In SPL & STI testing

In testing Speaker Circuits

In Commissioning IP CCTV Systems in Rail Environment (Preferable Verint Experience)

Of VMS/NVR/Camera Setup

Rotakin Testing

Drive T&C activities & Site Supervision if required

Basic Knowledge and competence of PAVA Testing in Rail Environment

Basic Knowledge of CCTV Testing in Rail Environment

Execute defined Test Scripts

Required Qualifications:-

Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) or Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) card for accessing construction sites.

CITB SSSTS

H & S Awareness Sentinel Card with associated PTS, ICI-LUL and NR-ICI competencies desirable

Pasma

Site Person in Charge (non-track)

Emergency first Aid at Work 1day

First Aid at Work Full Course

IPAF 3A & 3B

Working at Height

This is a 6 months contract with potential to be extended.
