We are currently dealing with a major firm who deal with a multitude of Engineering projects who are searching for an individual to join their Highway's team in Manchester to work as a Traffic Sign Engineer.

In the role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, providing support, and delivering Traffic Signal Projects for both Highways England and Local Authorities. working internally to the Electrical Design team, you will have to report to the Design Team Leader - you will help prepare and check feasibility studies, assess reports and other documents, develop engineering solutions and present other options, create designs in accordance to Client's needs and relevant standards, and contribute to the safe implementation of projects.

Job Spec:

• Must be proficcient in AutoCad or KeySignals or Linsig or PDS.
• Experience in Traffic Sign Design on Trunk Roads
• Great communication skills (interfacing with Clients, partners, and team members)
• Membership of a relevant professional body (IHE, CHIT, IET)
• Desirable if HERS Sector Scheme Registered
