We are currently searching for a Commercial Finance Specialist to join our business based in Salford. We are a large Rail Engineering Technical recruiter who has been established for over 30 years.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing applications for payment and issuing to clients
• Account reconciliation
• Query resolution
• Client Invoicing
• Assisting the Commercial Finance Manager with maintaining the unbilled ledger

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent administration skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience – strong excel
• Accounts Payable / Billing
• The ability to create spreadsheets and provide reports of collected data for analysis
• Data/Information collation
• Able to adapt to new software packages
• Data Entry
• Diligent
• Highly numerate and accurate
• Great attention to detail
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Confident communicator
