Project Overview:
The successful candidate will be working with a leading rail organization to enhance the security and efficiency of third-party access to their systems. The primary focus of this project is to evaluate and improve the current access methodologies and implement robust solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the rail organization to understand current systems, processes, and requirements for third-party access.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing access protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and design solutions for secure and efficient third-party access to client systems.
Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring seamless integration with existing Active Directory infrastructure.
Create user provisioning processes and maintain access control policies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation phase.
Document architectural designs, configurations, and project plans.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize access solutions to ensure long-term effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role, preferably within the engineering or transportation sectors.
Strong knowledge and experience with server Active Directory.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID implementation and user provisioning.
Familiarity with access management, identity management, and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects on time.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, TOGAF) are a plus.
