Assisting the Scheme Project Manager in a number of projects that they will be delivering. Could be road resurfacing, repairs to roofs, repairs or adaptation that need to be carried out. buildings, road surfaces, platforms, potential installation of air con units. Candidate would not be engaged with access requirements.

Support the management and delivery of project plans, ensuring all necessary preparation, tasks and dependencies are included. Supporting the Project Manager and wider team with the delivery of projects to time, cost and quality. Liaising with stakeholders (internal and external). Deliver regular progress reports on activities, including relevant risks and issues to the Project Manager, including the provision of evidence to support the programme deliverables. Collate, format and distribute data to support project requirements, cascading to internal and external parties where appropriate.

"5 day per working week post, working with a works delivery manager, delivering Minor works (MEW) with a maximum value for each project at £300K". The Contract will be initially for 6 months but could be extended
