Randstad C&P are looking for a BIM Manager to work on the HS2 project for a major tier 1 contractor.

As a part of this you will be overlooking around 15km worth of the project and managing a team of BIM and CAD technicians as a part of this. The scope of works including heavy civils, structures, viaducts, culverts, earthworks ...

Candidate responsibilities:

• Define Scope of Roles and Responsibilities on a project
• Establish and Implement BIM/Information Management Procedures
• Manage Communication, Information Exchange/Flow
• Manage information quality and quality assurance procedures
• Create workflows and Monitor/Control Progress
• Coordinate information exchange
• Ensures the security of all digital project information
• Prepare, agree and communicate project Information Management plans to deliver the service with support of Design Management team.
• Ensure effective communications systems are in place.
• Deliver training to staff on information management systems
• Support Design Management team in establishing and implementing design procedures and necessary for successful delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Engineering degree (desirable)
• Understanding quality management systems
• Knowledge of digital Handover process
• Experience in a similar role previously
