The Opportunity:

This role is an incredible opportunity on the company’s existing Eastern enhancements portfolio consisting of projects valued up to £15million with significant multi-disciplinary interface such as S&T, Track, OLE and Comms.

Due to the abundance of work the company has won, you will mainly be working on delivery however the role will also see you assisting with technical submissions for bids and key client interface, meaning you’ll have a huge say in the company’s growth!

You will be heading up a team of Project Managers whilst having key interface with the regional engineering, HSQE, Commercial and Planning teams to complete the projects.

Package

For this position, the company is offering a fantastic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, annual bonus, the choice of a company car or car allowance, with two optional charity days and the option to buy more holidays, all travel paid to sites, funding and support with professional memberships, Pension, Health Insurance, Life assurance and an Agile working policy which will provide you with a fantastic work home life balance.

This is a senior role based within the company’s rail division; therefore, it’s a given that you’ll have a proven track record heading up projects within this industry as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager.

You’ll be able to display examples of projects you’ve had bidding input on, as well as a significant history managing a team successfully. Ideally, you’ll come from a Tier 1 background working on civils projects however other rail disciplines will be considered if you have a strong appreciation of civils and construction phases.
