An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Cyber Security Bid Manager based in Derby. The Cyber Security Bid Manager will ensure all cyber security requirements are identified and all solutions are defined and costed for all applicable tenders.

Role:

The successful candidate will work as the interface to the bidding teams in the Cluster, across all Product Lines and to cybersecurity platform colleagues globally.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate in Tender Launch Workshops and other key tender meetings, ensuring inputs are provided in a timely manner
• Analyse tender documents, and local laws and regulations, to establish requirements and by Platform colleagues
• Facilitate and support cyber security governance meetings, such as the Cyber TDR or Cyber QCD
• Procure necessary commitments on cyber security tasks, deliverables, and schedules, confirming associated budgets are achievable and agreed

Essential Requirements:

• Working knowledge of main cyber security standards and regulations, e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 2700X, NIST and the NIS Directive
• Strong verbal and written communication and management skills within a matrix management environment
• Working knowledge of cyber security risk management frameworks
• Practised understanding of securing and evaluating OT network and system architectures

Desirable:

• Knowledge of TS50701
• Cyber security certification such as CISSP or GICSP
• Engineering or rail background
