		MRP Systems Implementation Manager (Materials)
Type of role: Contract (Temp to Perm within 6-12 months)
Salary: Up to £25.00 per hour
Hours - 08:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday (can be flexible)
Our client is a leading railway infrastructure company dedicated to delivering excellence in rail services and operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MRP Manager to support with the implementation and management of ERP systems, Bill of Materials and Continuous Improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- MRP (Stock status system) - ability to shape the platform and support with implementing this.
 - Bills of Materials structure and transparency from wing to wing.
 - Knowledge of Bill infrastructure
 - Continuous improvements
 - Data Analysis
 - Deliver production plans in line with operating parameters and costs whilst leading the site based team in support of the design and fitout of a new purpose built warehouse facility.
 - Ensure effective management and communication of any operational or procedural changes within the facility / operation whilst ensuring all employees focused to deliver against agreed plans and measures with respect to inventory management and logistics.
 - Promote all change initiatives or improvements in a timely manner to support optimum benefit to organisation and people within the warehouse operation.
 
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven warehousing management experience in a similar role is essential
 - Strong people management skills - Previous experience of managing teams and ability to priorities.
 - SAP ERP and WMS systems experience - advantageous
 - Financial / Budgetary awareness.
 - Management and use of MHE.
 - Management / Warehouse / People Management qualification would be advantageous.
 - Strong industry continuous improvement skills and knowledge.
 - Possess a dynamic leadership attitude, supporting teams as needed and work together to add value and manage challenges.
 - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage, motivate and coach.
 - HSE qualification (such as IOSH / NEBOSH) - advantageous
 - Experience with SAP (Or similar WMS systems) - advantageous
 - Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment - advantageous
