A Lead Portfolio Manager is required to join a Rail Client on a 6-month contract in Bristol and Swindon. As a Lead Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of the output specification, procurement and assurance reviews for the assigned projects within the Portfolio in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to cost, time and quality in line with Legislation, Company Standards, procedures, corporate governance and the Project Acceleration in a Controlled Environment (PACE) Framework.
Responsibilities include managing NEC forms of contracts, integrating works between all parties, filing AMP/H&S documents, with a large element of the role initially involving ensuring requirements comply with H&S requirements and the Safety Management system, and later involving the application of the CSM, interoperability regulations, and product acceptance.
