  • Consider the research needs of the industry in relation to the Natural Environment, and develop and lead research projects in response.
  • Manage, mentor and coach team roles to ensure the quality and timely delivery of their work, provide suitable development opportunities and assist them in the management of their workload.
  • Work closely with the Heads of Emissions Management and Social Sustainability, and the wider sustainability team, to identify opportunities for collaboration and cohesion across the sustainability and wider RSSB remit.
  • Represent RSSB and the wider industry externally as a subject matter expert on Natural Environment, including speaking at external events and conferences and supporting company communications.
