We're expanding our Permanent Way (PWAY) teams and seeking dedicated professionals to join our experienced rail maintenance gang. If you thrive in a fast-paced, safety-first environment and have a knack for hands-on engineering, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on the UK's transport network!

Positions Available:

• Team Leader: Lead on-site PWAY operations, coordinate team activities, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and oversee track maintenance, renewals, and inspections. Ideal for experienced supervisors with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in rail engineering.
• Controller of Site Safety (COSS): Take charge of site safety, conduct risk assessments, manage access to trackside areas, and enforce Network Rail standards. Must hold valid COSS certification and have expertise in safe systems of work.
• PWAY Operatives: Hands-on roles involving track laying, ballast work, and general maintenance. Entry-level to experienced positions available – perfect for those with PTS & TIC.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant rail industry qualifications (e.g., PTS, COSS, or equivalent).
• Experience in PWAY maintenance, with knowledge of track geometry, switches, and crossings.
• Commitment to health and safety – zero tolerance for shortcuts!
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in all weather conditions.
• Team players with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
