Planning Engineer (NEOM) in NEOM, Saudi Arabia

The project is rapidly developing with over 2,800 employees from 86 countries already living and working on-site, it is already laying the foundations of being the new economic model for the country.
Job Role / Responsibilities
As a Planning Engineer, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of construction projects within NEOM. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 Operation.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Identifying potential delays and providing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Conducting regular project progress assessments and reports.
- Supporting project managers in resource allocation and budget management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Contributing to the overall success of precast concrete and modular construction projects.
Location
The role will be based on NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling, with a focus on Primavera P6 Operation.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience of project planning experience
- Previous experience working in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
- Familiarity with precast concrete and modular construction techniques is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and industry best practices.
