Position: Quantity Surveyor

Contract: Freelance

Rate: Up to £425 p/d (Depending on experience)

My client, who is a major tier 1 contractor, is looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join them on an exciting TfL Framework. The projects include;

• Refurbishment and upgraded to 25 bridges and structures.
• 10 Bridge Joint replacements.
• Installation of a new concrete bridge.

This a freelance or temp to perm position. The client is flexible with regards to hybrid working and you'll be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week based in London. This is a great long term opportunity to join a key player within the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years worth of Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
• Must have experience working on large civils project and ideally Highways/Structures experience.
