Lead Contract Delivery on a Landmark Metro Project

A global leader in infrastructure recruitment is partnering with a major international consultancy to appoint an experienced Rail Contract Manager for a highprofile Metro programme in the Philippines. This is a rare opportunity to join a flagship project from day one and play a pivotal role on behalf of the end client.

The Opportunity

Join a consultancy recognised worldwide for delivering complex rail and infrastructure programmes. You'll become a key member of the clientside team, shaping commercial strategy and ensuring contractual excellence throughout the lifecycle of Contract Package for the Civil element of the Depot. This is a longterm assignment offering stability, influence, and the chance to contribute to one of Southeast Asia's most significant rail investments.

Core Responsibilities

• Managing contract and commercial administration for the package alongside the Chief ContractFinancial Manager.
• Leading and mentoring contract staff, including two Contract Administrators and two Cost Engineers.
• Providing expert interpretation of FIDIC Pink Book provisions and advising internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviewing and responding to contractor and PMO correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and contractual compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and refining commercial letters, including those initiated by sitebased Senior Resident Engineers.

Candidate Profile

• Degreequalified in a relevant discipline.
• 20+ years' experience in major infrastructure projects
• 10+ years in rail or metro environments.
• Strong FIDIC expertise - Pink & Yellow Book experience preferred.
• ODA/JICA project exposure highly advantageous.
• Regional experience in Southeast Asia beneficial.
