About the Role

We are seeking experienced Planning Manager and Planning Supervisor professionals to join our team on a major Metro infrastructure project in the Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international civil contractor delivering a landmark transportation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Perform delay and disruption forensic analysis to support claims and mitigate risks.
• Provide hands-on planning support to project teams, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and project milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to optimize planning strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in planning roles within large-scale civil engineering projects (preferably metro or rail).
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct forensic analysis of delays and disruptions.
• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• International project experience is highly desirable.

Compensation

• Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 tax-free per month
• Additional Allowances: Housing, transport, and other benefits provided
