Job Title: Senior Signalling ATC Engineer

About the Role:
We are urgently seeking a Senior Signalling ATC Engineer to join a new rail project in Dubai. This is a critical role that requires immediate mobilization, with the successful candidate expected to start in January. The selected individual will be responsible for providing expert engineering support for signalling systems, including train control (ATC) and CBTC solutions, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our transportation infrastructure under the end client contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of CBTC/ATC signalling systems, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Integrate and manage Seltrac signalling solutions, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Oversee network communication strategies for CBTC/SIG systems.
- Ensure cybersecurity standards are met within signalling solutions.
- Manage Brownfield projects, addressing operational and maintenance constraints.
- Coordinate stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MSc/BSc in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Systems, or a related discipline).
- A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in signalling systems with in-depth knowledge of CBTC, ATC, and train control technologies.
- Strong experience with Seltrac signalling solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of rail industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering Brownfield projects, especially in environments with operational and maintenance constraints.
- Experience in network communication strategies in relation to CBTC/SIG systems.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and mobilize resources quickly.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Budget & Compensation:
- Rate: Competitive daily rate based on experience.
- Immediate mobilization required - start date in January.
