Randstad are recruiting for a *** NIGHTS*** Freelance Site Agent to work on a bridge project based in Bicester, Oxfordshire

**outside IR35**** £600 a night shift***

The successful candidate will have Civils, highways or rail structures experience.

Shifts are 9pm - 6am

The role is 4-5 months. Then you will move onto days on a long term project in the area.

Duties will include:

• Engineers and subcontractor management and / or Self delivery
• Planning, forecasting and delivering work
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.
• Managing design, NCRs, RFI's, H&S etc.
