The Project

As a Site Engineer, you will carry out work on an Education Construction Project in Birmingham.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

• CSCS Card
• Driving Licence
• HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

For this role it is essential that you hold the following experience below;

• Experienced in setting out of RC Foundations, retaining walls, access roads, drainage & groundworks

Duties

• Supervising Works
• Attend in-house progress meetings
• Implementing the company's strategy and policies for sustainability, HSQE and the culture and values
• Ensuring compliance with works standards
• Aiding in the development of junior engineers
• Setting out and surveying of the site
• To attend Team Briefs & carry out briefings when needed
• Aid in organising and supervise temporary works when required
• Setting out for RC foundations, insulated panels, retaining walls, access roads, drainage, etc
• Overseeing excavations
• Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
• Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
• Ensure work is completed to the correct quality
• Ensure site progress pictures are taken and filed during each stake of the development
