Location: Birmingham

Rate: £500-£550 per day (inside IR35)

Contract length: 9 months with possible extension - maternity cover

Job role:
This role supports the management and coordination of key stakeholder relationships along the line of route, including MPs, their constituency offices and local authorities, as well as a myriad of political, business, specialist and community stakeholders.

Anyone who has experience as a stakeholder manager engaging with Parliament, MP's or Local Authorities will be highly sought after.

Requirements:
·Experience of developing and delivering strategic stakeholder management arrangements in large and complex environments
·Experience of working within or with Whitehall, Westminster or Local Government
·Experience of successful delivery on high profile and sensitive infrastructure projects
·Experience of providing counsel across an organisation on stakeholder engagement
·Understanding and experience of developing important stakeholder relationships within the nuances of local
·Knowledge of how UK Parliament and Local Authorities work and appropriate engagement methods, community engagement and local politics



Closing date for this role is 10/03 with interviews taking place week commencing 15/03. My client is looking for someone to be in place 29/03.
