We're recruiting this position for a project recently assigned to ADComms, we're looking for an experienced Test and Commissioning Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
The Role: Fully responsible for execution of assigned projects throughout all stages of the sales, solution realization and deployment process. Acts as interface between customer, sales and engineering, mainly covering large delivery with multi-disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Prepares detailed design documentation for approved projects Pre and Post sales including site surveys.
- Completes internal design reviews for project documentation prior to release to ensure compliance with relevant specifications.
- Performs planning, installation, configuration or integration service for customers and partners.
- Coordinates product samples for testing, gives technical advice and presentations, and solves integration issues.
- Coordinates resources in product development and production. Clarifies all technical questions.
- Coordinates collaboration with 3rd-party manufacturers or system integrators after consultation with the factory.
- Analyses technical issues at all stages, and facilitates problem solving with manufacturers support Tier 3.
- Provides regular reporting of the technology adoption and opportunities.
- May provide testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support in cooperation with CS.
- Supports exhibitions, fairs, product demonstrations and trainings in cooperation with marketing.
- Will have degree-based discipline (Electrical/Electronic)
- Prepares and coordinates completion of test documentation and functional demonstrations and pre-commissioning for client handover.
- Coordinate and programme resource in line with business and client needs to support project delivery.
- Support commercial and project management teams.
- Lead day to day technical delivery and troubleshooting on projects.
- Client and stakeholder management alongside project management teams.
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
- Proven track record
- Strong command of the English language
- Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
- Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques.
- Understanding and applying principles of effective project management.
- Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decisions.
- Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
