SUPERVISOR - RAIL TRACKSIDE - LIVERPOOL - 6 MONTHS - £178 - £244 PER DAY

ARM are working with a leading Rail Company. We are currently recruiting for a Trackside Supervisor with current PTS.

About You:

• Experienced in arranging and implementing safe work systems.
• Skilled in organising and controlling efficient work delivery.
• Proven leadership, motivation, and direction of multi-skilled teams.
• Promotes and embeds safe working behaviors.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable of relevant standards, procedures, and CDM regulations.
• Willing to drive as needed.
• Computer literate.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure safety arrangements for staff and contractors.
• Follow safe work procedures and instructions.
• Conduct work activities safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and ensure work quality and compliance.
• Provide effective service to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare work specifications, scopes, and method statements.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and materials are fit for use.
• Manage resource allocation.
• Report work status and maintain records.
• Monitor and review staff competence and welfare.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

This position is based in Liverpool and will be fully on site

The rate for this role is £178 - £244 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
