Job Title:
HSE Manager - other HSQE Professionals
Location:

Salary / Benefits:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus package

Company Information:
Working for a fast growing principal rail contractor providing technology & network services to many of the UK's largest & most mission critical operational systems.
The role will be providing HSQE support onto the Exterion Media project.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related HSQE position
- Experience in the Network Services/Telco industries
- Rail Sector experience (LU desirable)
- NEBOSH Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or similar.
- Membership to IOSH (CMIOSH desirable)
- Relevant auditor qualifications (minimum internal auditor qualification)
Role Information;
- Investigates incidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programmes
- Provides safety performance measures and periodic performance reporting to support Safety Leadership & Exec oversight
- Determines root cause analyses
- Defines procedures and processes for safe systems of work (including review of Method Statements, Risk Assessments etc)
- Defines minimum standards for delivery of works including the evaluation of Client requirements and changes to legislation Risk based and Contract compliant inspection programmes
- Client facing representation for QEHS
- Delivers Site and office based inspections and audits
- Provision of Bid support and business development materials
- EHS communications and awareness materials and associate briefings
