A Tier 1 giant has a brilliant opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join a prestigious project in London.

Job Description:

As Health and Safety Advisor on this project, you will display significant knowledge on Tunnel Constructions methods to exhibit thorough health and safety diligence within the role. Day to day you will: -

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Health, Safety and Wellbeing campaigns in agreement with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager
• Support investigations of close call, near miss and other incidents on site of project
• Help produce Health and Safety plans, procedures, associated documentation, and check compliance
• Maintain records as necessary to ensure compliance with Legislation, HMJV procedures and Contract Requirements
• Provide reports, presentations, and information as directed.
• Help the Project team develop plans and process to support delivery of work
• Ensure any issues are managed and forwarded to the Manager where necessary
• Disseminate information used by HMJV to relevant employee support and provide information to site teams to ensure compliance with all requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant qualification in Health and Safety or previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Due to the nature of the project you must have significant knowledge of Tunnel Constructions methods
• You will have proven abilities of problem solving and managing tight deadlines
• Prioritisation of own workload in a busy office environment
• MS Package knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

Package:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Car or Travel allowance circa £5,000
