HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

Salary: £60,000 - £63,000

Location: Tonbridge, Southeastern area

One of our expanding established clients are currently offering an amazing salary package for a Health & Safety Manager to join their successful and growing team and overlook all H&S procedures and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety best practices are proactively promoted and implemented across all levels, including contractors.
• Manage the implementation of standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and the management of recommendations, while supporting company initiatives and providing professional advice.
• Undertake site inspections, escalate concerns, liaise with clients, and fulfil on-call duties as necessary.
• Carry out other duties as directed and potentially lead a team or conduct appraisals when required.

Experience needed.

• NEBOSH certificate essential, with a relevant degree
• Professional Membership in the CMIOSH
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety advisory role.
• Proven track record in team management
• Extensive experience as a Lead Auditor
• Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification
• Hold a full UK driving license.
