Health & Safety Advisor (Rail)

Salary: Up to £40,000 PA DOE

We are excited to recruit for a Health & Safety advisor to join our growing team here at COOMBES!

Safety is at the heart of what we do here and we have maintained great credibility on and off track. We only want candidates who feel the same way as we do when it comes to prevention and protection.

This role doesn’t just ensure the safety of our team on the rail, it will also involve the wider team within the forestry division and working with the head office team across all our locations.

This role will be varied and extremely rewarding as you have the chance to provide new ideas and suggestions to all departments and divisions.

Our health and safety department are extremely active and very hands on. You will be expected to travel to multiple locations weekly to ensure compliance, assess potential hazards and to monitor new ways of working. On top of this, you will be working with the department to offer rewards and incentives for our staff members #closecalls.

• NEBOSH
• CSCS, CPCS OR PTS
• Experience of producing Risk Assessments
