Job title: Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager
Job location: London
Salary: £50k pro rata (6 month contract)
The Role
A busy transport company requires an experienced occupational health manager to develop and implement a range of programmes to assess, monitor and improve health and wellbeing within the company workforce.
This vacancy sits within the Health, Safety and Environment team but will work closely with HR, Internal Communications and Senior Management.
You will be required to identify markers for occupational health & wellbeing and set targets for best practice. You will lead initiatives to reduce sickness absence and develop fatigue risk management policies and work across the business to support health and wellbeing, including arranging companywide incentives and events.
Person Profile
Essential
*NEBOSH / Diploma in Health & Safety Management
*Experience in a large company, covering companywide occupational health management
*Previous experience managing occupational health and wellbeing
Desirable
*Experience of HR legislation
*Experience of managing medical / sickness / absence records
*Health and wellbeing qualification
